I have read and received a copy of the code of ethics and will abide by them. I am responsible for all of
my board dues, license dues/fees, NAR dues, TAR dues, MLS dues, key pad service, lock box service,
showing service fee.

I will join the local board with which the broker is a member and keep my dues current. 

I authorize Ameri Agent to charge my credit card (circle one $100 or $200 (monthly) plus a one time $20 activation fee to TREC), unless I notify you in writing of my wish to cancel by the 1st of the month. We must be given 30 days written notice to cancel this agreement. All payments are due by the 5th of each month. If your credit card does not clear by midnight on the 5th, then there will be a $50 late fee accessed.
