Ameri Agent is a national organization for agents to join, in order save money on commissions splits, paid out to their broker; while at the same time creating a platform in which to build residual income (see plan #3).

We also believe agents should be spending their advertising dollars building their brand and not Ameri Agent's brand. Most of the time, agents have to use the "company sign". The only thing this accomplishes is building the company brand and not your brand. With Ameri Agent, you use your sign and build your company brand. It's about you, not us!

Just ask yourself a question, "How much business does my company send me?". Normally, the answer is: "not very much, if any". So, why pay them high commission splits; it's just bad business for you and good business for them.

The real estate business has changed. It is getting harder to get 6% listings, harder to get buyers and when you do, wouldn't it be nice to make most of the money.
